Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. These items are required to be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number will need to be written on a note inside the package, on the package return label, and on the outside of the package.

All RMA's for will be authorized via email only. You must contact us via email to obtain an RMA.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs (from you to us) are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges (from us to you) are non-refundable.

Refused packages, items returned without authorization, or are used, installed, damaged, defective, received materially different than originally sent, or returned beyond the return window may be assessed up to a 50% restocking fee.

Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Opened, used, installed, etc.
  • Missing their serial number or UPC
  • Special orders (returned at our discretion)
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification

Items returned without authorization or that do not meet the return guidelines will be discarded or refused.


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we are currently not shipping outside of the USA.

Additional shipping costs may be required for orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous states. We will contact you if additional shipping is required.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items that we sell are estimated to the best of our ability, so larger items such as catchers, hoods, frames, covers, decks, hoods, wheel assemblies, ROPS, and any other item considered "oversize" by FedEx and UPS may require additional shipping costs. We will contact you via email if your order requires additional shipping costs and ask if you want to proceed with the additional cost or have the order canceled.
