You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. These items are required to be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number will need to be written on a note inside the package, on the package return label, and on the outside of the package.
All RMA's for ScagParts.net will be authorized via email only. You must contact us via email to obtain an RMA.
All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs (from you to us) are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges (from us to you) are non-refundable.
Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Opened or used
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
Items returned without authorization or that do not meet the return guidelines will be discarded or refused.
